He represents owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals in all phases of complex construction matters. His practice includes contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, claims analysis, and dispute resolution involving delay, defect, payment, and lien issues. Nick works closely with clients and uses a practical, business-focused approach to anticipate problems before they arise and to resolve disputes efficiently when they do. Outside the office, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, playing ice hockey, and learning a new recipe to try in the kitchen.
