For over a decade, Ryan has represented public and private construction industry clients in all aspects of the construction process, including real estate acquisition, land development, financing, risk management, licensure, procurement, contract formation, project administration, delay and critical path analysis, default/termination, and post-completion dispute resolution.

Ryan offers practical solutions to complex issues at every phase of a project. He is experienced in negotiating and preparing contracts and is adept at identifying potential conflicts and disputes early to ensure his clients’ projects stay on time and under budget. Prior to law school, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and worked in the insurance industry. Early in his legal career, Ryan was in-house counsel for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. These experiences imprinted upon Ryan an operations-based focus. He thinks like a businessperson. When disputes become unavoidable, Ryan has the knowledge and experience needed to mediate, arbitrate, litigate, and try cases before judges and juries. When the trial is finished, however, Ryan is not. He also handles all aspects of any necessary appeals.

Ryan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago Law School where he graduated cum laude and achieved the Dean’s List all semesters. During law school, Ryan served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and was a member of the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Council. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida.
