Christene guides contractors, subcontractors and owners through every phase of the construction process—from drafting and negotiating agreements to managing risk and resolving disputes. She regularly counsels on lien and bond rights, as well as contract and payment controversies.
Beyond her litigation work, Christene brings recent in-house experience with two major civil infrastructure companies. In those roles, she prepared and negotiated joint venture and designer agreements for large design-build projects nationwide. Her work also encompassed procurement strategy, risk allocation, contract administration, and resolution of claims arising from large-scale public works projects.
Christene serves on the Board of Trustees of The Christ School in downtown Orlando and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter.
