Kirwin Norris represented a private developer constructing a 40-story high rise. During construction, the need arose to refinance the project requiring the issuance of a new $140 million loan. Our firm assisted in terminating the prime construction contract and all subcontracts, negotiated resolution of all pending claims and change orders, execution of financing and closing documents, and re-commencement of the project.
