Andrew joined the Kirwin Norris team in 2022, bringing his years of experience to serve our clients. Prior to joining Kirwin Norris, Andrew practiced as an attorney for one of the largest firms in the nation and prior to that as associate general counsel with one of the largest homeowners insurance companies in Florida, where he actively managed large caseloads of first-party property insurance dispute claims and oversaw cases throughout the litigation process, defending corporate clients at deposition through to trial verdict. He also represented corporate clients in matters involving municipal code compliance and regulatory compliance. Andrew also has experience with consumer finance, breach of contract, lease disputes, and has represented lenders and creditors in court proceedings and mediations throughout Florida.
Andrew received his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida State University in 2009. Andrew holds admissions to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Andrew spends his free time with his wife and children; making frequent trips to Disney, travelling across the country, cheering on their Seminoles in Tallahassee or just enjoying the Florida sunshine and all that Central Florida has to offer.
