Two Kirwin Norris Attorneys Receive Construction Law Board Certification

Orlando, Florida – Kirwin Norris, P.A is pleased to announce that attorneys Leanne E. Palmer and Sean A. Mickley recently achieved Board Certification in Construction Law from The Florida Bar. Board certification formally recognizes lawyers who have demonstrated experience and expertise in a particular area of law and professionalism and ethics in the practice of law. Construction Law Board Certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in that area of construction law. Of more than 100,000 attorneys licensed in Florida, only 384 lawyers Statewide are Board Certified in Construction Law.  Kirwin Norris is proud to have 10 Board Certified Construction Law attorneys.

Leanne graduated valedictorian from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. She has exclusively practiced construction law for over six years at Kirwin Norris and has tried—and won—numerous cases during this time.  She works out of the firm’s Orlando office.

Sean also graduated with honors from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.  He has focused the bulk of his practice on representing private and public parties in all aspects and stages of construction and has extensive experience litigating and trying construction law cases. He works out of the firm’s Vero Beach’s office.
