Kirwin Norris is proud of April for attaining this rating. April graduated from Stetson University College of Law, JD in 2003, and started her career with the firm the same year. Her primary area of practice is construction law. She is licensed to practice law by the State of Florida and Commonwealth of Virginia and Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar.
