Kenneth Ray Noble
Ray Noble graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in International Relations. While attending Bucknell, Ray studied in Scotland and Spain. Ray pursued his law degree at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. At University of Florida, Ray was a Teacher's Assistant for Legal Research and Writing and studied in Montpelier, France for a summer. Ray also interned with the Eighth District Court, Juvenile Division, while attending University of Florida. Since joining Kirwin Norris, Ray has focused his practice on construction law and commercial litigation.
