Glenn T. Williams As an 11th year attorney, Mr. Williams is Board Certified in Construction Law and has a practice that focuses on all aspects of prosecuting and defending large general contractor construction matters including litigation, large administrative claims ($10M+), including extra work claims, engineering errors and omissions claims, design deficiency claims, delay/acceleration claims, inefficiency claims, construction liens and law, drafting contracts, interpreting large custom and form contracts, interpreting surety bonds and insurance contracts, insurer bad faith, OSHA issues, bid protest issues, prequalification issues, licensing issues, indemnity issues and claim recovery through litigation or alternative dispute resolution, as well as providing claims counseling and contractual compliance advice to clients during projects. Glenn was appointed to the Board of Directors with the Construction Financial Management Association of Central Florida, became professionally certified as a Construction Document Technologist with the Construction Specifications Institute, and established the Young Constructors Forum with Associated General Contractors of Central Florida. In addition to CLE courses, Glenn received certificates in Construction Accounting, Construction Blue Print Reading, Construction Documents and Documentation and the new Florida Building Code.
